My progress!
This before is one of the only body shots I could find from the time. Trust me, I was not happy with with what I was hiding under all of that shareware and fabric.

20 donkey kicks per side, 20 fire hydrants pre side, 20 squats, 30 pile squats, 20 circle donkey kicks per-side. 3 reps of these,
